about me
This is where I’m supposed to introduce myself… I’ll try…
Uhmm… I’m a developer, system administrator and a manager, rolled into one.
My primary language of choice is Perl, I’ve been using it for more than five years now. And recently, I have been playing with Python and my Sys-Ad work lead to me to love BASH as well. I find these three languages a good mix
A few years back, I was given an opportunity to manage our company’s day to day operations. A lot different than my previous post but I welcome the change in scenery. Team collaboration, backup, disaster recovery, virtualization, security management, capacity planning, etc., are eating much of my time right now. I still do some some development work if my time permits.
As you can tell, I use Ubuntu. I’ve been using it since the Warthy 4.10 came out, haven’t looked back ever since. I’ll be posting about those experiences that I think will be helpful to others. As much as possible, I won’t be reposting contents from other blogs, unless it’s necessary.
One thing that takes a big slice of my time online is reading articles. This is where I get some inspirations in writing. Well, I hope you’ll find your visit here worthwhile.

Thanks for your time.
